I was driving down the freeway and this bright object came into view. Had it not been green, I would have thought it was a plane crashing. After it disappeared over the horizon I looked for a large flash expecting an explosion of sorts. Nothing occurred. It just disappeared out of view. Initial viewing was when it came into view at the top of my vehicle windshield. It was almost vertical in direction.
