| Remarks | It was pretty shocking to be in an urban environment and see a light that grabbed my attention away from the road & all the surrounding urban lights. It was 20–30 times brighter than any airplane would’ve been. |

| Observation | Yes |
| Remarks | There was a bright flash when it seemed to hit the atmosphere. But it was a squar-ish shape, With a dark center, and a lighter ring around the outside of the square, Or box. But I was driving when I saw it so I didn’t see any fragmentation. However, it did light up the thin marine layer that was pretty high in the sky. |
