It was absolutely beautiful and unusual, in that the sky was not fully dark. The sun had just set and the sky was still quite light. But this thing was quite bright and noticeable.

The brightness increased until it was quite bright, and went from very white to very green and then disappeared. No fragmentation. No large flash, but definitely a brightness at the end before it disappeared.
