There were 5 of us that saw it. It appeared to be much lower than a commercial airline flight. I was surprised we didn't hear a boom when it exploded. we watched it for about 15 seconds total, but it was probably there longer as our view was obstructed by trees until I noticed it. The sun was just about to set and it had the appearance of the sun reflecting off a shiny jet that you sometimes see about this time of day.
