Reports Report 4354d (Event 4354-2024)

Observer
Name William G
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks The reason I went outside is because my father had gotten off the phone around 8pm with his friend who had reported a fireball as well. I was taking out the recycling at 3am and went for a walk down Glennon Farms to get a good, unobstructed view of the meteor shower when I saw it. It looked just like a shooting star, but red instead of white. I had just seen a shooting star about 5 minutes beforehand. This was different- instead of a streak texture, it looked more like a gaseous texture. It still was a straight line.
