It was moving extremely fast and had a trail behind it. I saw something moving in the night sky from very far away and tracked it with my eyes. It just kept coming closer and closer and eventually we saw a trail behind it. It was a large object and it appeared to be coming in very low. We heard it make a loud whoooooosh sound when it passed by. I'm pretty sure it crashed into the ground nearby. I know of two other people who saw it from two nearby locations. I don't know if it's related but a sherriff helicopter was circling around the area about an hour later.
