I searched up what I could in regards to the event and it sounds like a possible bollide? Then I found there was a daytime bollide 3 days earlier a state away in NY on July 16th so I'm wondering if this may happen again soon.

My son was looking towards it and I was looking slightly behind him, I saw the flash like lightning on the house and yes behind us/ the event and turned in time to see it fragment in 2 separate trails in single file

It looked as if it was a large object breaking up into sparkling trails one in front of the other moving at a typical shooting star speed or even a little slower. The slower speed may be an optical illusion because of how big and exciting it was
