We were driving south on 95 from Dulles. I believe it was Woodbridge area but am only guessing. South of Occiquan. We saw a bright green streak heading for the highway. My wife and other cars braked on 95. It landed just west of the highway as we were heading south it was so close I could see the bright and burning mass. I couldn’t tell if it was rock or debris but it made ground fall almost on highway. It was very very close and had a long green trail
