| Remarks | I'm somewhere between a 3-4.Always watching the sky and although I've seen plenty of meteors during meteor showers, I can think of only one other meteorite seen (that was observed in college station TX within the last year or two and it had a green tinge) . THIS scared us, it was so big, fast and bright white. The slider "froze" but we were on the straightaway of Wake Union Church Rd traveling NE. It appeared to come from over our car from our right passing over the road in front of us but disappearing in the tall treeline. It seemed so close we wanted to go look for it! Haha! But probably our perception of how nearby. Please followup with us if others saw it! |
