| Remarks | In 25 years of active meteor watching, we have never seen a longer lasting or more stunning meteor. It lasted long enough for our son to alert us, for us to turn to find it, to "oooh and ahhh" over it, then begin to wonder if it was a plane and we were being silly, back to realizing it WAS a meteor and back to "ooohing and ahhhing", again. Just spectacular! |
