Remarks I am helping my son who is 18 yrs old report this. He was in our backyard while I was in the house watching tv. He ran into the house excited and explaining what he observered in the sky. Was not completely dark out and he said the meteor was definitely brighter than Venus or any stars at night. My son thinks it was big enough to come down over Lake Michigan west of here.
