I was driving while I witnessed it and didn't report until I was home about 45 minutes later. I don't know how far exactly off the freeway it was or where exactly , but I know it was on the west side of I-15 between Roy and Riverdale.

Remarks
It was like the fireball appeared out of nowhere near the middle/lower part of the sky in a flash. It headed towards the ground and slowly got less bright and it appeared to fall to the ground.
