Out my back deck window facing north I happened to be watching a couple of raccoons that come to help themselves to bird seed remnants quite often and out of the corner of my right eye to the east over the Camden Ridge I see the fireball. My raccoon friends saw it too. Had I not been observing the raccoons I never would have seen the fireball. I have named the raccoons Comet 1 and Comet 2. It was an extremely clear and crispy night, waning moon.
