The full length of the meteor/trail I observed was at least 60 degrees. It may have started before that because I had just exited my car and happened to look up and around as I walked to my house, because the starts were out. I first thought it couldn’t be a meteor because it was so bright and lasted so long. It also seemed to have almost a horizontal trajectory from where I first saw it which seemed unusual. It was also just above the trees around my house. All in all it seems very lucky that I saw it.
