I’ve seen shooting stars before but none that left a stationary mark in the sky. It was so strange. Like the Truman Show and someone just scratched our screen.

It looked like a trail of a shooting star and then dissipated into a cloud that didn’t move. The sun was below it and had set just below the horizon. Maybe the sun was shining on the smoke trail?
