Reports Report 2158he (Event 2158-2013)

Observer
Name Anondy S
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks Fireball came in sometime between the end of the 1st quarter and middle of the 2nd quarter of the Alabama vs Ole miss college football game . I was located in Oneonta, Al 35121....somewhere between 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm as the sun was setting behind the earth. It was starting to get dark but not quite dark yet. It was observed by 4 individuals as one noticed it first in the eastern sky from the direction we were looking in. It streaked across the sky faster than a plane for sure and was definitely a fireball of some kind. It never exploded in our view as it went further than the sky line trees we were looking at. It looked like something that was close and big enough to hit the ground but my judgement is surely not that of professionals....BUT, it was definitely in/below the atmosphere.
