| Remarks | I was driving East. We had seen distant lightning to the northeast earlier in the evening. When my wife and I saw the bright flash, it was at the top of the windshield and we thought it was more lightning, but we could see a flash which was a distinct point of whiteness, moving fast. Then it turned orange and the trail looked like a jet trail. |
