Remarks This was awesome, really unreal, upon returning from dinner with neighbors, drinking water only… took the dog out on the back patio; looking up to appreciate the night sky as I always do; with stars and several planes evident, I was shocked to see this, it gives me chills even now, as it was such an unexpected surprise. I thought it was a shooting star, but it was so much brighter, and then sharing with a friend the next day, she showed me an image of a fireball, and I realized that is what this was! It was arcing, and falling and then just gone but such a gift to see! I thought of it as a sign, as I had just that day gotten to share a visit with my nephew who is 27, has been living in India where his girlfriend working with JPL is overseeing a project. Our nephew formerly working with SpaceX is an ME and will soon move back to the states. Anyway, a treat and I feel fortunate to have noticed. Thank you for letting me share. It’s up there with experiencing a huge dragonfly migration one August on the Oregon coast.
