This was the second time in about a month or so I saw the same flash around the same time in the evening...the last time it was kinda an orangey color in the sky...another clear night...stars were out.

The flash was a blue in color...my son thought it lightning. But the stars were out and we could the big dipper in the northwest part of the sky.... lower portion of the sky
