Remarks I HAVE VIDEO FROM A DASH CAM. Too long to submit complete video and I need to preserve some privacy in other portions. I have referred to my video for the report. If I can master editing, I hope to submit video supplemental to this report. If you specifically want a video, reply via email and I can quicken my pace or enlist help. From the dash cam, N036.16145 W096.24966 (freeze frame of video approx. instant of fireball) I tried to free frame fireball for a screen shot, but I cannot get a frame to do so.
