| Remarks | I saw this while driving, so the direction and location may be a little off, but it is my best guess. I was driving west on Rte 17, just before it turns into 86. There was no tail at all, it just suddenly appeared, like a bright round moon, slightly veiled by clouds, but still distinctly round, white and bright. It moved down toward the horizon in a way that looked like it was already moving and gravity added to the speed, because it was faster than what something just falling with gravity would be. |
