| Remarks | As I was letting my dogs out for the final time of the night, I noticed the lights, and initially thought it was some sort of holiday decor, however the position in relation to the horizon and the fading as I continued to look at it until it disappeared let me know it wasn’t. I have never seen anything like it. |
