Reports Report 6828d (Event 6828-2023)

Observer
Name Chi F
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks It looked like a meteor, much larger than a distant falling star, and it didn’t just disappear at the end, there was an orange flash/burst. It looked like a meteor hitting the atmosphere and burning up. It appeared almost exactly north and appeared to fall directly downwards. It was close to the star Mizar when looking at the sky from my location.
