Reports Report 6122i (Event 6122-2023)

Observer
Name Jeff W
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks This was a very odd observation, probably lasted for 6-8 seconds, very low over the horizon, and of a completely consistent brightness (no flickering). Apologies for the poor image, but I was in the middle of shooting a long-exposure foreground, and the meteor was so slow and significant that I actually spun the camera on the tripod mount during the exposure to capture the last ~2.5 seconds. I also overlaid the meteor trace onto a non-blurred foreground to try and estimate parameters, but could not upload two images.
