Remarks I was sitting in my car at the light going south with loud music playing. Out of the corner of my eye (top right Varner of windshield) I caught a bright light and shifted my vision to see a large ball of light essentially falling from the sky but disappeared behind the trees. Not knowing what it was I drove around the neighbourhood and didn’t find anything of concern. From brief research pictures showing a fireball seem to match what I saw the best. Unfortunately it is a Sunday morning after night shift and there wasn’t anyone in my immediate vicinity I could’ve spoken to. I can also confirm there was no sign of fireworks, and no way to see a flare from the lake from the vantage point I was at. Hope this helps.
