Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I have pine trees which border my property, so I don't know the position where the meteor began, although I did see a very large/bright meteor in the south/east sky. From where I saw it first as it became visible beyond the trees was about 40 degree up from the horizon, and about 20 degree from direct south. It continued to almost direct south horizon. I did not see any fragmentation. I have been watching meteors for 40 years and this was the brightest/biggest I have seen by far.
