I was headed straight East. Streak appeared out of corner of my eye to the Southeast at about 75 degrees above the horizon parallel to me. It lasted about 2 seconds and fragmented into two parts as it traveled East.

I saw a fine line streak appear then within a second and a half a flash and the meteor broke in two with both parts flashing like venus intensity or a little brighter. then it was out.
