Reports Report 5393by (Event 5393-2023)

Observer
Name BRUCE B
Experience Level 4/5
Remarks I happened to to be looking down at the time of the double flash. The flashes lit up the ground and sky brighter than the full moon. Initial impression was that of lightning followed quickly by thunder. No rainstorms were in the area as confirmed by radar. There was a thin overcast at the time, so the azimuth and elevation reported by me are based on general illumination of the ground and sky, and the direction of the sound from my location.
