Remarks Saw reports that said meteor seen at 715 pm. I saw it much later. Departed Dover DE at 855pm. Saw it driving approximately half hour later. Saw from corner of left eye. Double take and it was visible for couple more seconds. Driving with window open. No discernible sound louder than driving wind noise
