Remarks | Note the sharp curve in the profile of the path. Regarding the direction, the start (at 25 degrees up angle) was at 25 degrees Azimuth. The end (at 5 degrees up angle) was at about 355 - 357 degrees Azimuth (Where 0 degrees Azimuth is is true north and 90 degrees Az is true east.) I may have the colors wrong, but they did change. I suspect this meteor was over Richmond, Washington, or Maryland. |
