Remarks I was outside looking down at the grass. Sky was very clear with bright stars. There were three very bright white flashes in less than a second which lit up the ground almost like a series of lightning flashes. I looked up and nearly overhead saw a bright white ball disappearing to the west behind a tree line. It left behind a bright glowing trail which took about 30 seconds to completely fade out. The trail went from red to green and then dimmed to just a smoke trail looking like a jet con trail. The path of travel was nearly exactly east to due west, and looked just north of straight overhead my location of my location near Logan Ohio.
