Reports Report 4919e (Event 4919-2023)

Observer
Name Stephanie R
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks It was VERY close, I was staring at the super blue moon and the fireball was so bright that it redirected my gaze. I thought it was a firework at first because it looked like it was right over my head! Bright orange/yellow and lasted just a second or two - I still can't believe it was real. Not until I googled it did I know it wasn't just a plain shooting star. It was brighter than the moon and looked like it was going to fall down right over me, but it "went out" as it passed directly overhead.
