Reports Report 4740x (Event 4740-2023)

Observer
Name Devin O
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks I am resubmitting my report as I incorrectly stated the date as the 21st on my initial report when the correct date is indeed the 22nd. As stated before, I walked inside to tell my friends after it disappeared. It is possible that a delayed sound might have been heard if I stayed outside and waited.
