Reports Report 4221o (Event 4221-2023)

Observer
Name ROGER A
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks I was jogging and there was nothing there then flash, there it was. I had just enough time to say what was that out loud and it split, flickered and was gone. Great, great experience after 50 years of inconsequential meteor showers and overblown comet watching.

Remarks The single ball appeared brilliant right in front of me for one or two seconds and then it split into two. The left piece was bigger and brighter. The right piece separated about like a two finger peace sign and was dimmer, but flared/flickered a bit and lasted a bit longer than the bigger left piece, maybe half a second longer. Whole thing was 2-3 seconds
