I was walking down the steps litsode that lead to the 2nd story mother in law suite. The meteor was about eye level in the eastern sky. I live in a gorge between 2 different mountains so it's sky views year round. But anyway, it was in the eastern sky towards garland Mountain in cherokee co georgia.
