Reports Report 3793k (Event 3793-2023)

Observer
Name Sarah K
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks It was twilight so not fully dark but it was close to the moon (relative to my vantage point) and incredibly night and large compared to the moon. Thought it was a low flying plane at first but it grew so big and so bright and then disappeared before I could fully grasp what I’d seen

Terminal flash
Observation Yes
Remarks It got wider and then disappeared. Like something passing by overhead, getting bigger and brighter, then disappearing. As quickly as it appeared, it grew and disappeared
Fragmentation
Observation Yes
Remarks When it got wider was when you could see the blue/white in the middle. Think of like a feather type shape where it was a long yellow/light orange streak that got wider and as it did another stripe of white/light blue appeared down the middle before disappearing. It got incredibly bright and large and I almost thought it was a meteor about to hit and then disappeared.
