Reports Report 3404au (Event 3404-2023)

Observer
Name Marc D
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I noticed the meteor when I came out of a tent as there were moving shadows of all things around. First I thought it´s from a lighthouse, but the next one was too far away. So I looked up and saw the meteor, It must have been much brighter before. As of the shadows I estimate it like about the brightness of the full moon. By the time between looking at the shadows on the ground and looking up to the sky I guess the event lasts about 3 seconds, the meteor itself I saw for less than a second. The angle was very steep compared to the first fireball I saw.
