This is maybe my 5th or 6th fireball and the first to be such a distinctive color (VERY green) and the first to fragment. I *think* I just saw one smaller piece fragment off the fireball but it all happened so fast. I was out walking the dog and I stopped to admire Venus from a nice vantage point. This streaked vertically to the right (north side) of Venus and was similarly bring...and so green!
