I did not see this fireball. It was the smoke trail that caught my attention as I realised that I had just missed a meteor burn up in the atmosphere.

A long white smoke trail, wider and less dense at the start of the trail then suddenly becoming well-defined and dense. The lower end has a slight kink as if there was a change in direction. The smoke trail cam to a sudden end with what looked like a smoke ring dissipating horizontally. At that point it looks like the smoke trail may have split into two minor trails briefly before coming to an end.
