Terminal flash
Observation Yes
Remarks After about 2-3 seconds of flight time, there was a small explosion, which made me question whether it was a star or an aircraft. It became larger and bright white, then fragments.
Fragmentation
Observation Yes
Remarks Flash was bright white and then pieces quickly flew apart and went dark. The pieces didn't go far from the explosion, not like a firework that cascades down.
