Reports Report 374dx (Event 374-2023)

Observer
Name Donald S
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks The only thing I have of value is the video with the time stamps on it as well as the Boom with a time stamp. If desired, I can send you the other video with the boom. The event was only 5 seconds long and I didn't see much. Since answers were required, I had to guess the answers in order to present my video. If the video is not of use, please delete this as my observations are not accurate and of no use.
