Observer
Name Alan K
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks The meteor appeared to come from the south going north, as such it will have crossed the Hampshire boundary into Berkshire. It was fast moving and descending in a very gentle arc. The view of it to my south was completely obscured by trees. Even though the full moon was out behind me and the meteor appeared as a large very bright red / orange ball with a short yellow tail. you couldn't miss it.
