My friend and i were sitting in his car waiting for the turning light at the intersection to turn green and while waiting there we both saw this small flash and this light green ball with a glowing yellow tail fall from the sky and when it came close to the horizon it disappeared. It lasted for about 5-10 seconds. As the ball was falling the tail faded from this glowing yellow to a smokey trail. It happened at 23:10 on 11/16/13.
