Remarks Appeared from the ground to be the size of a small helicopter at cloud height from the ground. Moving easterly / north easterly very, very fast. Bright green (Cyalume stick green color when activated in the dark) Thought a helicopter may be going down in the neighborhood as there is a helipad on this city block. Observed for about 5-10 seconds. Second witness with me.
