It was so bright and distinctive that both my wife and I saw it out of the corner of our eye while we were watching TV and it distracted both of us at the same time. It was to the south in a descending arch from left to right and was a green colour. At first we thought it was a firework and went outside but the night was still an d quiet with a clear starlit sky.
