Remarks I was looking up at the night sky observing how clear it was, and was seeing the contrail lleft by a plane that was surprisingly visible in this clear night. As I was looking straight up at the contrail which was starting to get puffier already in anticipation of fading, a moving light caught my attention in my right field of vision. All I had to do was turn my gaze slightly since I was already staring at the sky, so I was clearly able to catch the approximately 2 second sight of what I think is a fireball, because it was too slow moving and the head (fireball) too big and glowing to be a shooting star (I've seen plenty of those before). What an awesome sight!
