Terminal flash
Observation Yes
Remarks At first it looked like a green streak in the sky. It had a brighter front. Almost like a paint streak. That’s what it looked like as it came into my eyesight. After maybe 2 seconds it went from a light green colour and got really really white. I don’t think I have ever seen that kind of white before. And then the tail end fragmented as mentioned below. I was out taking dog out and clear evening in Calgary
Fragmentation
Observation Yes
Remarks It looked as if the tail broke into other little pieces and then burnt out. The front remained for a few more seconds before it was gone. It was like a small explosion in the sky. It was beautiful
