| Remarks | It definitely looked like something was burning up while falling. My first thought was “oh, is that what a meteor looks like?” but it was pretty big and significant enough that I wondered if a satellite had exploded or burned too. Really wish I had gotten a photo, but I saw it while playing a soccer game! I stopped to watch it as soon as it hit my peripheral vision (switched focus to the fireball), and then it was gone and I had to put my attention back on the game. |
