Remarks I saw 7 fragments travelling horizontally 14 stories above the ground at 30-40 mph. The leading fragment was 2’x 2’. It was followed in close proximity by 6 smaller fragments each 6”x 6”. The front edge of the lead fragment glowed yellow but overall there was a faint purple luminescence with a pronounced red streak midway down. The smaller fragments formed a cluster, uniformly spaced, behind the lead as if locked into its slipstream. They were all blue. The colours had a day glow quality and were entirely self contained.
