Remarks The tail lingered very faintly for probably 7 seconds at least. The flash was very bright, and teal- it lit up everything around brighter than the street lights or surrounding lights and even looking ahead at my headlights while driving, it still lit up the whole area!

Remarks It’s what caught my attention as I was driving, and so I leaned forward and this is when I saw the fireball and the lingering tail. It was so bright it reminded me of a lightening flash, but maybe half as bright, and lit up the earth and trees around the highway
